WARRANTY COVERAGE - DRE-1001 / DRE-4001

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. DRE Communications Co. will, at its discretion, repair or replace any component that fails in normal use. Such repair or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor; provided that the customer is responsible for shipping cost to the designated repair center in the USA. This warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, accident or unauthorized alternation or repair. DRE Communications Co. assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of use.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

WARRANTY COVERAGE - DRE-6001 / DRE-205e

DRE Communications Company warrants this unit to be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated here        (other warranty period). DRE agrees, atits option, to either replace or repair a defective product covered under this warranty, at no additional cost to the purchaser. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser for the above stated warranty period, provided that the WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD is completed and returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Product registration can also be completed at www.drecommunications.com. This warranty does not apply to the following:
